Metroad
10 (Mona Vale to Dee Why)
Metroad 10 is the major arterial road that links the Northern Beachside suburbs of Sydney to the North Sydney business precinct and eventually the Sydney CBD.
The road is entirely multi-laned and divided for most of the route, taking in suburbs such as Mona Vale, Warriewood, Narrabeen, Collaroy, Dee Why, Balgowlah, Mosman, Neutral Bay, Crow's Nest and Artarmon. Roads along the route include Pittwater Road, Condamine Street, Burnt Bridge Creek Deviation, Manly Road, Spit Road, Military Road, Falcon Street and the Pacific Highway.
Metroad 10 crosses Middle harbour via the lift span bridge named The Spit Bridge, which was built in 1951 and opened to traffic in 1958.
Northern Terminus: Pittwater Road (Metroad 10) & Mona Vale Rd (Metroad 3), Mona Vale. Southern Terminus: Pacific Hwy (Metroad 1 / Metroad 10), Gore Hill Fwy (Metroad 2) & Longueville Rd, Artarmon.
