Metroad 2 (Hills Motorway)

Hills M2 is a four lane motorway that links the lower north shore and the northwest regions of Sydney. The M2 opened to traffic in May 1997 and is now a key part of Sydney's orbital motorway network. It provides a seamless link between the Lane Cove Tunnel and Westlink M7.

The M2 is owned and managed by Transurban, and its western terminus is with the Westlink M7 motorway and Windsor Road at Seven Hills, and its eastern terminus is with the Lane Cove Tunnel with Epping Road at North Ryde.

The motorway features a 6 lane dual tunnel at Epping under Epping Oval and Nortfolk Road.
