State Route 153 is the shortest route in New South Wales and is located in the Illawarra.

Introduced in 1974, it's only 2 km in length from the Princes Highway at Figtree and Springhill Road at Mount St Thomas.

The route takes in the following roads: The Avenue and Masters Road.
