New South Wales Road Photo Gallery:
State Route 56 (Glenfield to Picton)
State Route 56 is a north-south route through south-western
Sydney. It follows the Hume Highway between Glenfield
and Picton along Campbelltown and Menangle Roads.
The route's terminus in the north is the Hume Highway
and Campbelltown Road at Glenfield and the southern
terminus is Remembrance Drive (Old Hume Highway) and
Menangle Street at Picton.
Roads used along the route include Menangle Street,
Picton Road, Menangle Road, Tailby Street, Kellicar
Road, Gilchrist Drive, Narellan Road, Moore-Oxley Bypass
and Campbelltown Road. Towns and suburbs along he route include Glenfield, Ingleburn, Campbelltown, Menangle, Douglas Park and Picton.
