State Route 60 (Northern Distributor) (Bellambi to Gwynneville)
The Northern Distributor on the NSW Leisure Coast,
travels from North Wollongong to Bellambi and was formerly
known as the F8 Freeway under the old DMR freeway route
numbers.
Beginning life in 1963, the route as it's known in
2006, wasn't completed 1993, with the Gwynneville interchange
built to eliminate a traffic signal with the F6 Southern
Freeway in 1998.
The route is an expressway grade arterial road from
the F6 Southern Freeway at Gwynneville and uses at grade
intersections between the Princes Highway overpass and
its termination with Bellambi Lane, Bellambi.
