The Waterfall Way is a collection of local roads that travel from Armidale on the NSW north-west slopes to Raleigh, which is about 30 mins south of Coffs Harbour on the NSW north coast.

The route is rural road passing through forests and farmland, and also part of the road traverses the Dorrigo Mountain and is quite windy for several kilometres.

New England Tourist Drives 17 & 18 are included here as they form part of Waterfall Way South, Waterfall Way North (both in Armidale) is SR78 from the Armidale By-Pass which is part of the New England Highway (NH15)

Roundabout Directional Sign
Taken September 2004 on Barney Street Armidale, there are a number of errors on this sign. The airport symbol in NSW turns in the direction of the road (therefore it should be pointing left). The Hospital and City Centre focal points should not be in street name placards.
