Freemans Waterholes Interchange and acts as a short
cut to the F3 Freeway from the New England Highway.
It starts at New England Highway & Clift Street,
Branxton and terminates at the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway
(NH1) & Freemans Drive, Freemans Waterholes Interchange.
