Metroad 5: Frederick Street, Rouan Road, Boundary Road, MacGregor Terrace, Jubilee Terrace, Ellimatta Drive, Stewart Road, Wardell Street, South Pine Road and Stafford Road

Introduced in 1995, Metroad 5 used to include the Western Freeway and Centenery Highway (from the Ipswich Motorway) until October 2006. That section is now numbered at M5.

The route traverses Brisbane's inner western and outer northwestern suburbs such as Toowong, Bardon, Ennogera, Everton Park and several others. The roadway varies from suburban street to divided road and urban arterial road. Most of which is at either 50 or 60 km/h.
