Metroad 6: Logan Motorway

Brisbane's shortest Metroad, the Logan Motorway offers motorists a quick line between Ipswich and the M1 or Pacific Motorway at Loganholme, with Metroad 6 connecting with Metroad 4 (Logan & Gateway Motorways) at Drewvale.

The Motorway is four lanes (2 in each direction), and there is 2 toll plazas on the Metroad 4 section: Stapylton Road and Loganlea Road before the roadway becomes toll free for the run between Meadowbrook and Loganholme.

On Loganlea Road (near and on the interchange with the motorway) at Meadowbrook is a stack of freeway green signs from 1988, that were never updated with Metroad 4 between Loganholme and Drewvale became Metroad 6. Almost all of them are freeway green (and also a couple of black signs too!). This one is southbound and was taken March 2006.
